Scenario Trees
Map decision points, alternative paths and consequences around the situations your teams actually face.
Platform · The foundation
The Low-Code Authoring & Orchestration Studio
Build the Situation Rooms your teams need. AXON Configurator brings scenarios, roles, injects and telemetry together in one authoring foundation, ready for simulation and live response alike.
The authoring foundation
Configurator creates the room. Situation Rooms hold its executable building blocks. AXON Prepare and AXON Respond put those rooms to work.

Situation Room building blocks
Map decision points, alternative paths and consequences around the situations your teams actually face.
Define who participates, what each role knows and where ownership, collaboration and escalation sit.
Shape new information, changing conditions and timed prompts that move the room forward.
Connect decisions and actions to quantified KPIs, outcomes and structured debriefs.
Bring operational realities, clinical pathways, learning objectives and regulatory references into the room design.
Translate ownership, escalation and coordination into guided actions for real situations.
Tailor branding, participants, delivery settings and scoring choices within the features enabled for your program.
Use the decisions, gaps and lessons revealed in a room to refine the next scenario and response playbook.
Co-designed with domain expertise
From clinical judgment and immersive education to claims decisions, counsel coordination and operational continuity, the room is built around the people and outcomes it serves.
Client & partner configuration

Agree on the domain, audience, objectives and decisions that the Situation Room needs to support.
Build the scenario logic, roles, injects and telemetry around those requirements.
Review the room with subject-matter experts and rehearse its decision paths before delivery.
Use the room in simulation or live response, then bring operational learning back into its design.
Common questions
Question 01
AXON Configurator is the authoring foundation. It creates and customizes the scenario trees, stakeholder roles, dynamic injects and telemetry that make up a Situation Room. That room can then be used by AXON Prepare for simulation and AXON Respond for live situations.
Question 02
Clients and partners can use the configuration features enabled for their engagement, including scenario editing, branding, participant setup and scoring choices. Deeper branching logic, domain libraries and full Situation Room design are developed with the Infiniqo studio. Access and scope are agreed for each program.
Question 03
No. The authoring model applies across Insurance, Cyber Risk, Healthcare, Legal & Advisory, Education and Enterprise. The domain changes the content, roles and outcomes, not the underlying authoring foundation.
Question 04
Yes. Situation Rooms are designed for both rehearsed scenarios and live situations. AXON Prepare uses them to practice decisions; AXON Respond uses them to guide coordinated action. Mode-specific content and playbooks are configured for the intended use.
Question 05
Start with a platform briefing. We define your use case, identify the relevant domain expertise and agree on the authoring and configuration scope before shaping a Situation Room together.
